Ok, yes i know that you can either win the hero's hall or buy one for 100,000 gold. Can you buy it from other players for a cheaper price or has anyone seen it sold by the merchant for a cheaper price?

100k?! i've been away from gw for a few weeks, but last I heard they were 55k.

The price should never get to 100k, but if it does just wait and the merchant will buy some and the prices should level back to around 60k
|

They're sold by the merchant for a bit over 50k. Just buy one from the merchant if you need one and can't win it, or ask around Lion's Arch or Tombs, you should be able to find one for 50k.
